AI POLICYUse of my work in AI programs is prohibited. By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS and to never use my work in AI. You may not change, edit, "enhance," or expand upon my work in any way. This includes Grok, Chat GPT, Sora AI, and any other AI tools. This applies to all of my works, no matter when it was created, who it was created for, or what medium it is.

Terms of Service

By agreeing to commission me and providing me with payment or a deposit, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service:General Terms of Service:- I have the right to refuse to work with anyone for any reason, without the need to disclose why. This is for my own safety.- Use of my work in NFT or AI programs is prohibited. You may not change, edit, "enhance," or expand upon my work in any way. This includes Grok, Chat GPT, Sora AI, and any other AI tools. This applies to all of my works, no matter when it was created, who it was created for, or what medium it is.- I only accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.Art Terms of Service:- You may post any art I create for you, so long as credit is given explicitly. I also have the right to post any art I create.- You may print any digital art for yourself.- You may not re-sell any art.- Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email ([email protected]) for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.Fursuit Terms of Service:- You must be 18 or older.- Your 30% deposit is non-refundable. The full amount must be paid before the suit is shipped.- If you cancel your order or the full payment is not completed, you will not get your suit regardless of the level of completion. It will be repurposed and sold to another buyer. The design will be altered so that it does not match/represent your character.- While your character is your property, I have the right to use any photos or videos of your suit for promotional purposes.- Any changes to the character's design must be made before the fur is purchased.- Customer is responsible for shipping costs, calculated once suit is complete. This is also dependent on current shipping rates, which can flucuate.- I am not liable for whatever happens to the suit once it is shipped. I will do my best to pack your suit safely, but what the shipping company does is out of my hands.- If, one day, you choose to sell something I've made for you, that is okay! You must make it clear that I am the maker, but otherwise I just ask that you let me know where the suit is going.Payment Terms of Service:- Rates are subject to change. Submission of an Inquiry Form does not lock you into certain rates. Once an agreement is made and a deposit is paid, your quote will not change, regardless of rates. Complexity of a design, rising prices of materials, and my own growing experience cause rates to change.- I only accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.
